The Brooklyn Strategist Refund / Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the program you purchased, you can exchange it for another afternoon program. Exchanges must be made three days prior to the start of the next game sequence (the following week) and can only be made within the 12-week session limit.
Refunds
All refunds will be prorated based on the number of game sequences completed.
Cash Refunds
Cash refunds will only be given with a valid receipt showing the original form of payment for purchase as cash.
Credit Card Refunds
All credit card purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card that afternoon program was purchased on. In the event there is no receipt showing credit card used or credit card is not available, The Brooklyn Strategist will issue a store credit in the form of a Gift Card, redeemable for future afternoon programs.
Check Refunds
All check purchases will be refunded 14 days after the original check has cleared; check refunds will be done in the form of a mail check from our Corporate Office.
Absences
In the event that an afternoon club is missed, please notify The Brooklyn Strategist by phone or email. We will make every effort to compensate the missed session by offering you another session as a “make-up.” “Make-up” sessions will depend on space allotments and available resources.
